Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received your replacement request, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to arrange the most convenient shipping option possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you’ve had a change of plans and would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please call us (our number is on the invoice) and we will do our best to help you out. We can usually issue full refunds, less the payment processing fee we have been charged.
