“Open a brewery” they said, “It’ll be fun!” they said. Turns out, they were right!

Leigh and Scott Powrie are the husband-and-wife duo behind Double Haven Brands. These two unsuspecting beer fans were plunged into the deep tanks of the brewing world when establishing Hong Kong’s largest brewery. Along the way they’ve found amazing people that keep things tasty and are, well, amazing.

While cooking-up a range of beers for Hong Kong, they realized there was a huge gap in the market: incredible beverages for people who wanted to combine their love for nature, sustainability and socializing, and have them brewed up into one recyclable can.

Can we make a better world through beer? We think so. And so, Double Haven was born.

Producing some of Hong Kong’s finest, locally made craft beers, its first Spiked Seltzer line, merchandise with meaning, and sustainable events that bring community together, Leigh and Scott have curated a passionate team of socially-conscious, creative, engaging, hardworking entrepreneurs who are incredible human beings, intent on bringing unique and innovative beverages into the Hong Kong social-scape and out onto the trails.

We make authentic craft beer that’s crisp, clean, raw and real.

Named after a protected marine park in Sai Kung our Double Haven Beers, which feature natural landscapes, are a tribute to Hong Kong's incredible green spaces, mountain views and jagged coastlines. Our line-up of locally crafted beers currently features a traditional West Coast style IPA brewed with all-mighty Herkules hops, a SEA-side Pale Ale hopped with Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Amarillo and our original “Beer Flavoured Beer,” The Lager. We also regularly release a range of seasonals and innovative collaborations with other Hong Kong craft beers.

Dragon Water Spiked Seltzers are alcoholic soda waters. They are sugar free, gluten free, and only 95 calories.

Dragon Water is available in four core flavours: Cucumber and Watermelon, Lemongrass Lime, Black Raspberry, Yuko Ginger, with other seasonal flavours released preiodically throughout the year.

Our flavours hold a unique position in the market: they are a splash of local culture mixed with global influences, representative of the Hong Kong community we all know and love.
